KURT KLISCHUK
Managing Partner, Aragon Marketing Group
As a principal and co-founder of Aragon Marketing Group (AMG), Kurt is also the founder of AMG’s promotional travel incentive marketing division. In this capacity, Kurt is responsible for the marketing and business development of AMG’s suite of affiliate and promotional programs in Canada and in the U.S. Prior to establishing AMG in 2003, Kurt served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Syndio Group, a direct marketing firm with offices in Toronto and Montreal (Canada), and Burlington and Dallas (U.S.A.). As COO, Kurt was responsible for global operations and for the overall supervision of more than 200 employees. Prior to his work with Syndio, Kurt was the Executive Vice-President and Controller of DoItAlltravel.com, a Miami-based discount travel club with a subscriber base of more than 30,000 members. Kurt has attended McGill University, in Montreal, and the College for Financial Planning (CFP), in Denver, Colorado.
DARRYL HICKS
Managing Partner, Aragon Marketing Group
Darryl has been active as a successful entrepreneur and technology expert in IT/IS solutions and network design for more than 15 years. A pioneer in the Internet sector, Darryl has extensive experience in building and managing technologically complex online and offline businesses. Prior to co-founding Aragon Marketing Group (AMG), Darryl founded Chamber8, a cutting-edge provider of network security solutions in both Canada and the U.S., in 1997. Under his leadership as Chief Executive Officer, Chamber8 became an important player in the innovation of open-source technologies. In 2003, Darryl co-founded and served as Chief Technology Officer / Chief Operating Officer of PeopleClubs, a member-based online company that provided services to more than 175,000 customers in the U.S. in its first two years of operation. Darryl is a principal in AMG and is responsible for building corporate relations and leveraging emerging technologies into new and existing services offered by AMG and its affiliates.
ZACHARY MALKOSKE, CFA
Vice-President of Finance, Aragon Marketing Group
As Director of Finance and Controller for Aragon Marketing Group (AMG), Zachary is responsible for cash flow management, forecasting, financial statements, risk analysis, and tax preparation supervision for AMG’s Canada and U.S. operations. Prior to joining AMG, Zachary worked for more than five years in private wealth management at the Montreal office of CIBC Wood Gundy. Zachary holds a Bachelor of International Business (Honours) degree from Carleton University as well as the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. Zachary also studied international business for one year at ESLSCA, a private business institute in Paris, France.
MIKE PIPICELLO
Director of Operations, Aragon Marketing Group
As Director of Operations at Aragon Marketing Group (AMG), Michael is responsible for overseeing day to day operations, customer service, sales retention, QA / compliance and implementation of policy and procedure specific to these departments. Prior to joining AMG, Michael held management positions in two fortune 1000 companies and as such brings over 5 years of pertinent experience and in-depth knowledge to his position. Having managed large teams and developed systems, policies and procedures as a former manager at Memberworks Canada, Inc. Michael brings valuable experience specific to the loyalty marketing sector. Michael holds an educational background in Marketing and a secondary degree in Management.
